South Dayton Pediatrics Practice is dedicated to providing you with the highest

quality, cost effective medical care. We accept all major credit cards and offer

payment installments.

Insurance: 

 

We accept nearly all major insurance plans including:

  • We accept most commercial insurance plans.

  • We also accept Caresource, Molina, Humana Healthy Horizons, and Amerihealth Carnitas of Ohio

 If you have any questions regarding fees, please feel free to call us. Payment, including co-pays are due at the time service is rendered.

Additional Fees: 

 

South Dayton Pediatrics will fees for us to provide printed copies of medical recores. All charges are based on size. This fee covers the cost of printing and any postage to forward those medical records. All fee guidelines are in accordance to Ohio Revised Code 3701.741.
